Adler's management team is made up of experienced executives that are highly skilled in their respective fields, providing the Company the ability to successfully execute a wide variety of business plans. Below are brief descriptions of our executive management team.

Michael S. Adler, MAI, CPM - President

Mr. Adler, as President and CEO of Adler Realty Investments, Inc., is actively involved in a broad spectrum of real estate investment and development projects. His market insight, analysis and leadership skills enable the firm to consistently meet and/or exceed investor expectations.

While serving as President of Adler, Mr. Adler has acted as general partner, manager and investor in a multitude of real estate projects worth over $600 million. Many of these projects consisted of "value added opportunities" whereby the property was purchased having a high level of vacancy and neglect. Mr. Adler and his team instituted the renovation, redevelopment and management expertise required to bring the properties to a stabilized and profitable condition. Additional projects include the entitlement and development of land for residential, industrial and commercial use, and institutional grade stabilized properties where the management team maximizes cash flow and investor return.

Mr. Adler is a graduate from the University of Denver with a degree in Business Administration, majoring in Real Estate and Finance. He obtained a MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute, and a CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. Mr. Adler is a member of the Urban Land Institute and International Council of Shopping Centers (ISCS).

Alan D. Sher, CPA - Executive Vice President

Mr. Sher is responsible for overseeing all property operations. In this capacity, he performs the asset management functions of the company which include: developing, implementing and monitoring investment business plans, negotiating leases and the renovation, repositioning and disposition of the portfolios. In his previous position as CFO of Pacifica Capital Group, Mr. Sher was responsible for financial reporting to principals and investors on over $400 million of commercial and industrial real estate investments.

Mr. Sher has over 10 years experience in financial reporting, public accounting and property management disciplines. He holds a degree in accounting from the University of Cape Town and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and California Real Estate Broker.

B. Keith Grossman, CPA - CFO/COO

Mr. Grossman oversees financial and corporate operations for Adler. Mr. Grossman, previously with Price Waterhouse, was involved in the auditing of publicly and privately owned companies. His experience included initial and secondary offerings and related reporting, with additional clients in the health care, manufacturing, finance, real estate, restaurant and non-profit industries. After leaving public accounting he worked for various privately held organizations. His responsibilities included all aspects of accounting systems implementation, reporting, financial strategies, human resources, cost management, risk management, contracts, information technology, and financial planning and analysis. He is a graduate of USC with a degree in Accounting.

Richard S. Gable - Executive Vice President

Mr. Gable is responsible for the financing of the debt and equity for all of Adler Realty's investments. In this capacity, he secures initial loans for each investment property as well as refinancing the properties as they become stabilized. He is also responsible for investor relationships, which includes presenting and interpreting investment opportunities as well as providing equity partners and lenders with status reports on current investments.

Mr. Gable has over ten years of commercial real estate experience, with a focus on the financing, leasing and sale of office, industrial, and retail properties. Prior to joining Adler Realty Investments, he was President and Chief Operating Officer for a dynamic start-up internet service provider which grew to 125+ employees. Mr. Gable was instrumental in its growth and eventual sale for $450 million dollars. Mr. Gable graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and is a licensed real estate agent in California and Pennsylvania.

Karen M. Davies - Vice President

Ms. Davies joined Adler Realty Investments in 2000 and is responsible for overseeing the due diligence process concerning the acquisition and disposition of properties. Ms. Davies' responsibilities include overseeing and performing cash flow analysis, valuation, due diligence research and market studies to help ARI in its strategic planning relating to acquisition and disposition strategies. Ms. Davies has extensive real estate acquisitions, consulting and valuation experience specializing in commercial and industrial properties in Southern California.

John A. Murray - Acquisitions Director, Commercial Property Group

Mr. Murray, as Acquisitions Director, Commercial Property Group, is responsible for the negotiation and acquisition of commercial properties, along with the sourcing and evaluation of new commercial property opportunities.

Prior to joining Adler Realty Investments, Mr. Murray was responsible for investment services for the Western Division of PM Realty Group. He has over 30 years of investment sales experience along with a thorough knowledge of all facets of investment-grade properties. Mr. Murray specializes in creative deal structures and the location of off-market opportunities. He is a graduate of the University of Denver, with a degree in Finance, Economics and Business Administration. Mr. Murray is a member of the Urban Land Institute.

Mike Keurjian , Senior Asset Manager

Mr. Keurjian oversees all aspects of property management for Adler Realty’s Southern California properties. Mr. Keurjian has over seventeen years of experience managing Class A commercial properties that allow him to solve property management problems quickly and intelligently. Mike applies his insight, experience, and resources to help the client make the best property management decision.

Prior to joining Adler Realty Investments, Mr. Keurjian was the Director of Property Management and oversaw all aspects of property management, facility management and construction management for Sachse Real Estate Company. Before joining Sachse Real Estate, Mike was a General Manager for Douglas Emmett and Company for ten years. During his tenure there, he was involved in all facets of property management, which included the management of a portfolio of Class A high rise office buildings and then later the redevelopment of the mixed use one million square foot Sherman Oaks Galleria.

Oscar Estrada, Senior Controller

Mr. Estrada joined Adler Realty Investments in 2002 as Senior Controller. Mr. Estrada is responsible for all accounting and reporting functions for the ARI property portfolio.

Mr. Estrada has been in the real estate industry's accounting discipline since 1993. He has been employed by Tishman Midwest, E & S Ring, and Trammell Crow Companies. During his tenure at Trammell Crow Companies, Mr. Estrada was responsible for leading a team of six senior accountants in the accounting function for acquisition, development, management and disposition of assets totaling over 10 million square feet of Office, Retail and Industrial assets. He was also responsible for managing the monthly reporting of these assets for clients such as AMB, The Archon Group and Crow Holdings. His most recent role prior to joining ARI was Controller for Newport Beach based developer Hopkins Real Estate Group where he oversaw the full accounting operations associated with the horizontal and vertical development of retail centers nationwide.
